 Account Executive – Commercial Insurance Producer

(This is a Sales Position – NOT a customer service position)

ISE Insurance Services is a tightly focused Commercial Insurance Brokerage – Specializing in a few carefully selected “essential” industries.  This allows us to be experts in what we do, providing the best possible coverage & service options at the best available pricing for our chosen customers.  Maximizing savings for our customers, and revenue opportunities for our staff.  (We do not do personal lines (Auto, Home, Umbrella etc)

Our Target Market size and product spectrum:

·       Small California based Businesses with 5-250 employees

·       Limited to a few specific industries

·       GL, Property, Commercial Auto Excess Liability,  EPLI, D&O etc

·       Workers Compensation

·       Group Life

·       Voluntary Workplace Life

·       Individual Life and annuities for our existing customers

For the right candidate, we will provide:

Here are the MINIMUM requirements to be considered:

·       Valid CA Property and Casualty License

·       Valid CA Life & Health License

·       Bondable

·       Meet minimum requirements (credit etc) to be appointed with our carriers.

·       Valid CA drivers License with acceptable record

·       Minimum of 2 years outside insurance sales experience

·       NO DOI complaint history

·       Be of excellent moral and ethical character

·       Track record of success

·       Experience in outbound sales

·       Proficient in basic technology

·       Excellent attention to detail
